How it works
Dymista delivers both azelastine (an antihistamine that works within 15 minutes) and fluticasone (a corticosteroid for lasting inflammation control) in a single spray. Clinical studies show it is more effective than either component alone.

Fexofenadine
Fexofenadine (generic Telfast) — Oral tablet, once daily
Widely considered the most effective non-drowsy antihistamine. Available at 120mg (pharmacy) and 180mg (prescription). Does not cross the blood-brain barrier, so drowsiness is very unlikely.
Cetirizine
